Lenders - We don't have a recommended lender; not every lender can help every client. We do have a list of lenders who come highly recommended by our clients and who help us add value and service to our clients.
The Process - No one person makes purchasing decisions in the same way. It is our job to listen to you to understand what it is you need in a home and to help match up your needs with the available homes on the market. We also keep your needs in mind and work with our network of agents to find properties which may not be on the market. In fast moving markets we are able to help buyers find homes before sellers even put their house on the market.
