Hello, I’m Susan Bullinger, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to introduce myself. I’m married to my wonderful husband, Pat, and together we have raised two sons, Jace and Cade.

While my guys were growing up, I dedicated the majority of my time raising them and supporting their passion for karate and baseball. We traveled across TX to various baseballfields creating unforgettable memories.

For nearly 30 years, I have called the Hill Country, N. San Antonio and Boerne, home. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the growth and transformation of these places over the years which gives me an unique insight into the local real estate market.

As a Realtor, my goal is to use the knowledge and skills I’ve acquired throughout my life to help you find the perfect home.
