Ariel Brooks-Stevens

Ariel Brooks-Stevens was born into a military family, affording her the opportunity to live across the US and Europe. She attended college at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington as well as CESEM Euromed; a business university in Marseille, France. She earned business degrees from both universities with a concentration in finance.

After graduating from college, Ariel chose to remain in France and began working in the corporate offices of the European Hub of Fedex in Paris. She loved being a project manager and loved living in Paris but felt it was time to head back to the States in the summer of 2003. Little did she know that her decision was perfect timing and, that same summer, she met her husband while visiting family and hasn’t left Boerne since.

Speaking French doesn’t do one much good in the Texas Hill Country but Ariel took her business knowledge, love of people and determination to grow roots and turned it all into a beautiful life. She worked for a consulting firm for many years before landing as the Executive Director of the Boerne Public Library Foundation. That position introduced her to so many people and helped her grow her love of Boerne. She is a founding member of Lemonade Day Boerne, a graduate of Leadership Boerne, a member of many committees and boards which serve the area and is the founder of Boerne Reads; a literacy non profit dedicated to improving early childhood literacy.

In 2015, her neighbor mentioned how much her skills and personality suited the Real Estate industry and she jumped at the chance to try something new. In 2021, Ariel, along with that same neighbor and her husband, started Hill Country Home and Land. Their desire to serve clients and the community has helped make the brokerage a huge success.

Ariel and her husband, Mark, have three boys; Hudson, Garrett and Nolan.
