Ariel Brooks-Stevens moved to Boerne in 2003 and has worked hard to grow roots and get involved in the Boerne community. Being an Army Brat, Ariel didn’t live anywhere long enough to grow roots. She spent her childhood in Europe and across the United States.
Ariel attended college at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and graduated with a degree in Finance. Shortly after graduating, she moved herself to the south of France to pursue a second degree in Finance. That experience lead her to Paris where she spent several years working as a Financial Analyst in the European hub for Fedex (Federal Express).
She was ready to come back to the States in the summer of 2003 and was entertaining jobs in New York and Atlanta when a chance meeting, while on vacation with family in Boerne, found her considering her option in Texas. That cute boy became her husband a year later and she never left Boerne. Ariel took the advice of many business associates and became a Realtor in 2015. Her experience in working with the community has been invaluable to her role as a Realtor. She loves working with people as they buy and sell all throughout the Texas Hill Country. She works with clients with varying budgets and varying property interests. Prior to helping Mike and Carol open Hill Country Home and Land, Ariel was with LoneStar Properties. She values to opportunity to work with teams of agents who put their clients' interests above there own.
Ariel is a graduate of Leadership Boerne, she served for several years on the Historic Landmark Commission and she was the City Co-Chair of Lemonade Day Boerne for the program’s first two years. She has worked with the Boerne Public Library Foundation and helped create Boerne Reads; a non profit organization which gives access to book to our community's most vulnerable children. Ariel’s most important roles, however, are being a mom and wife. She and her husband have three boys who keep life a bit crazy but terribly fun.
